Summer flight disruption report
AboutAirHelp is a part of the Association of Passenger Rights Advocates (APRA) whose mission is to promote and protect passengers’ rights. In other words, we deal with airlines to make sure people receive the compensation they are entitled to.
The taskI was tasked with creating a digital branded business report, consisting of around 30 pages filled with charts and maps. Once the initial design was approved, I customized the report for nine different markets, localizing the content while maintaining a consistent design template. Both the data and the copy varied in length based on the market and language, so I ensured the design was flexible enough to accommodate these differences.
