TaskDesign a data visualization about the communication barriers that the bank's Facilitators, Segment advisors and Service advisors have. This must also contain the communication channels they currently have and the provisional solutions they use to minimize these barriers.

SolutionAs the information delivered branches more and more at each level, I decided to use a fractal shape, placing in the center the social contexts in which the user communicates with other workers, followed by the tools they use, what they expect to happen in an ideal scenario, and the provisional solutions they use in case the result is not as expected.
